These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ready City. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered
We provide the following services:

• Reservations: Complete management of the reservation process, including personalized assistance before, during, and after the stay.
• Accommodation: Fully equipped properties designed to provide comfort and an authentic local experience.
• Cleaning Services: Professional cleaning before and after each stay, with optional additional services during the stay.

3. Reservation and Payment Terms
Reservations can be made through our website. We accept payments via bank transfer, bank payment, or credit/debit card.

• Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ready City. Cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., proven medical emergencies) may be eligible for partial or full refunds.
• Payment details are handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.

4. Check-In/Check-Out Policies

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Late check-ins may incur additional charges, subject to availability.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be charged as an additional night.
• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival and departure times to accommodate your needs.

5. Accommodation Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Pets: Pets are allowed with prior notice and approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Quiet Hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• No Damages: Guests must immediately report any damages to the management team. Repair or replacement costs will be charged if applicable.
• Occupancy: The number of guests must match the number registered at check-in.

6. Liability

• Ready City is not responsible for personal belongings, vehicle damage, or incidents outside the company’s direct control. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
• Any theft or illegal activity will result in legal actions.

7. Amendments to the Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you have an existing reservation, you will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction, preferably in the court district of Ponta Delgada, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
